Audit Committee:

This Committee shall be responsible for making policy recommendations to the SFWIB on the matters assigned to it by the Chair or, in the event of a vacancy in the office of the Chair, by the Vice-Chair. This Committee shall develop policy recommendations to the SFWIB with respect to the financial and budgetary oversight and monitoring responsibilities of the SFWIB , including, but not limited to, the review of SFWIB monthly financial reports and SFWIB budgets.

Focus:

The focus of this committee is SFWIB finances.

Objectives:

• Develop and recommend annual budget for SFWIB.

• Review annual SFWIB audit.

• Review bi-monthly financial reports.

• Review fiscal monitoring reports.
