The Interlocal agreement between Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties created the South Florida Workforce Investment Board (SFWIB). The SFWIB shall be a separate public body, corporate and politic, and a governmental agency and governmental instrumentality of both Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties. The SFWIB does business as the CareerSource South Florida.
