Florida’s Department of Economic Opportunity assists CareerSource South Florida in operating an outreach and employment program for migrant and seasonal farmworkers in accordance with 20 CFR 653. Migrant

CSSF staff and partners educate Florida farmworkers about available services. The State Monitor Advocate conducts on-site quality assurance visits to career centers to ensure the provision of an equitable level of services to the farmworker community.

Targeted employment services, including outreach, are provided to migrant and seasonal farm workers under the Wagner-Peyser program.
