REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQs)
PY 2026-27 External Independent Auditing Services RFQ
The South Florida Workforce Investment Board (SFWIB) of Workforce Development Area 23 (Miami-Dade County) is seeking an agency capable of providing External Auditing Services. The RFQ solicits proposals from agencies capable of successfully providing such services.
As a part of this solicitation, SFWIB will host a Technical Proposal Response Review on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., via zoom. During the review, preliminary scores of all respondents will be revealed and subsequently successful respondents will be invited to present to the Finance and Efficiency Council. The zoom link is provided below.
The SFWIB remains under a cone of silence and respondents should not attempt to attempt to communicate with staff regarding this RFQ. Please direct any questions to robert.smith02@careersourcesfl.com. SFWIB will provide responses to procedural questions only.
Respondents are advised to revisit this page throughout the RFQ process for more details on the RFQ and for potential amendments to the solicitation schedule. All proposals must be submitted to the reception desk at SFWIB Headquarters no later than 5:00 p.m., Friday, May 8, 2026. Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be considered. *Note. Attachment C, Operational Documents, is no longer required as a part of your submission. Operational documents will only be requested from the agency that is selected by the board.

The South Florida Workforce Investment Board (SFWIB) of Workforce Development Area 23 (Miami-Dade county) is seeking agencies capable of providing Uniformed Unarmed Security Services. The RFP solicits proposals from agencies capable of successfully providing such services.
As a part of this solicitation, SFWIB will host a Pre-Proposal Conference on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 1:00 p.m., via zoom. The zoom link is provided below. The conference is the only opportunity afforded to potential respondents to communicate questions and concerns relevant to the RFP to the SFWIB staff.
